The Lauter Day Brewer’s currently have four 60 gallon barrels that we have collected over the years for barrel projects. We try to do at least two barrel projects per year and work to ensure every member gets a chance to participate equally. We also set aside about five gallons per barrel to bottle as a gift to members who can’t participate.
