Happy Brew Year!

It’s a new year and we have a lot to do.

The Lauter Day Brewers home brew club is incredibly excited to begin a new year and all the new beginnings that come with it. Here are just a few exciting announcements.

Club Shirts

Our new club work shirts and tee shirts are still on pre-order until January 15. On that date, the store will be closed for orders.
We have to place a single bulk order for the shirts to get reasonable pricing since we don’t have the capital to maintain an inventory. (Any investor volunteers?)

January Meeting

Our next meeting is this Sunday (1/11/15) at 4:30 p.m. This will be an open meeting so be sure to invite anyone whom you think might be interested in becoming a member. Meeting will be held at the old Salt City Brew Supply location. For maps and more information CLICK HERE.

The educational topic will be on lagering, with emphasis on fermentation techniques without temp control. New this year are Quick Style discussions. Each educational meeting we will briefly introduce and talk about a beer style. This month will be Schwarzbier.

We are really excited to announce our new website. It has been completely revamped and has a ton of cool new features.
