In the wake of last month’s BJCP certification exam, we are reviewing off flavors, sampling what they taste like, and learning how to avoid them. If you have a homebrew that you think has an off flavor, please bring it to share for the discussion!
Homebrewtah Beer and Cider Competition is coming around the corner. Enter your beers by May 1st, judging to talk place on May 7th.
FYI we have postponed the topic on NA beers.
